It looks pretty… And it tasted good… And it made a change from shop-bought croissant.
It’s freshly-cut (by BF!) pineapple with Sainso’s raspberries and a dollop of thick, creamy, fruity, probiotic Kos yoghurt – with a homemade Gaggia coffee (two shots, some hot water, some hot frothed milk without the froth. Is this a wet latte?)
In answer to my own question: No, not at all.
It’s actually just one step away from the Supernoodles. But it’s one step in the right direction.
One day I will cut my own pineapple and make my own raspberries.
